姜飞,博士,教授,博士生导师。

现任所学术委员会委员,中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所传播学研究室主任,世界传媒研究中心主任。中国社科院创新工程项目“全球化时代的跨文化传播:理论研究与成果应用”首席专家,“中国跨文化传播研究与实践基地”主任。中国新闻文化促进会传播学分会秘书长,中国外文局对外传播研究中心特约研究员,中国新闻社“华文媒体中心”学术顾问,中国青年政治学院政治传播研究中心兼职研究员,“陕西政务微博培训基地导师”(西北大学、新浪陕西),在一些大学兼硕士生导师,《中国跨文化传播研究》年刊主编。

籍贯河北昌黎。1990—1994年毕业于陕西师范大学政治经济学院,获经济学学士学位;1994-1998在秦皇岛市委党校任教,讲授《国际贸易理论与实务》课程。1998年考取四川大学文学与新闻学院硕士,2000年保送提前攻读博士,2003年毕业获文学博士学位,2003年至今在中国社会科学院新闻与传播学研究所工作。主要研究方向为传播学理论,传播思想史,跨文化传播和国际传播研究,文化研究,新媒体观察。侧重以下三个研究视角:(1)从历史视角关注传播学学术史的发展,传播思想史的脉络,以及传播学作为社会科学重要分支在知识生产方面的贡献。(2)从跨文化的视角关注跨越国界以及跨越文化的传播现象和规律,重点研究跨国媒体的跨文化传播现象。(3)从技术视角关注传播科技的变迁在人类文明演进中的规律,关注日新月异的新媒体传播现象及其对传播理论、社会文化变迁的作用。

曾主持国家社科基金青年项目“媒介话语:语言与意识的博弈”,中国社会科学院重大课题“跨国媒体的传播战略研究”,“跨文化传播视点研究”,中国社科院新闻与传播研究所重大课题“中国传播研究30年专业DV访谈”;作为子课题负责人参与教育部重大课题“国际传播的理论、现状与发展趋势研究”,国家社科规划办重大招标课题“新形势下中国国际传播战略研究”;“中国特色政治传播理论与策略体系研究”;网络文化建设研究等;他的专著《跨文化传播的后殖民语境》(2005,中国人民大学出版社)获第四届吴玉章奖(2007年)和第五届胡绳青年学术奖(2009年)。

他注重国际学术交流,曾连续五年任美国费尔雷·狄更斯大学“GVF”(Global Virtue Faculty for Fairleigh Dickinson University of U.S.A);获加拿大政府颁发的“加拿大研究特别奖”(SACS)赴加拿大多所大学访问交流;获福特基金会资助赴美国宾夕法尼亚大学安娜博格传播学院(Annenberg School for Communication, Upenn)访问学者一年;并参加香港中文大学青年学者访问项目、香港城市大学青年学者访问项目,台湾政治大学华人传播研究群项目,瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学新闻、媒体与传播系访问学者项目。参加国际会议,如中芬跨文化研讨会(芬兰赫尔辛基),北欧理事国第13次跨文化研讨会 (芬兰),国际传播学会(ICA)第59届年会(蒙特利尔),国际媒体与传播学会第26届年会(IAMCR)(斯德哥尔摩)、国际传播学会(ICA)第60届年会(芝加哥),第7届(美国宾夕法尼亚大学安娜博格传播学院)、第10 届中国互联网研讨会(美国南加州大学安娜博格传播学院)、澳大利亚麦考瑞大学“促进中澳文化交流项目启动仪式”和跨文化交流研讨会(悉尼)、国际传播学会(ICA)第63届年会(英国伦敦)、中印软实力比较研讨会(伦敦)、中国在非洲的声音国际研讨会(莫桑比克)、跨文化对话国际研讨会(澳门)、国际媒体与传播学会年会(IAMCR,印度海德拉巴)等。国际合作项目有:瑞士卢加诺大学“中国媒体研究中心”有关中国媒体文化和传播研究的合作。作为中方专家参加挪威奥斯陆大学联合课题:“中国在非洲的声音:发展模式和传播战略”等。
